Booking Flights with Frontiers
In today’s world there are numerous requirements of the traveller that must be complied with. We apologize for the inconvenience however, if we do not comply with the regulations your travel could be seriously jeopardized.
Please follow these guidelines carefully:
AIR TRAVEL THAT IS NOT TO, FROM OR THROUGH THE USA
To hold space for you for any flight we must have the names of those travelling as they appear in their passport. Please do not guess these – please check them because the names must be correct. If they are not correct, it could jeopardize your reservation.
The best way to make sure we have the correct information would be a scan or photocopy of the identification page of each individual’s passport. That way we can also check that your passport is valid for the correct amount of time for the country you are traveling to.
If you are travelling to another country you may be asked by your airline to provide your passenger information in advance. (This is a separate requirement to applying for a visa). In most cases Frontiers can submit your passenger information details in advance through your airline reservation.
Your airline will usually ask you to supply the passenger details found on the ‘machine-readable’ page of your passport - that is the page with your photograph.
You will be asked to provide the following:
PASSENGER FULL NAME AS IT APPEARS ON PASSPORT
PASSPORT NUMBER
ISSUING COUNTRY
PASSENGER NATIONALITY
PASSPORT EXPIRATION DATE
PASSENGER DATE OF BIRTH (DAY MONTH AND YEAR)
PASSENGER GENDER
The list of countries requiring advance passenger information continues to grow and therefore in order to avoid any disruption to your air travel plans, we strongly advise our clients to provide this information to us at the time of booking air travel to all destinations outside the United Kingdom.

Secure Flight is a programme developed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in response to a key 9/11 Commission recommendation: uniform watch list matching by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The mission of the Secure Flight Programme is to enhance the security of domestic and international commercial air travel through the use of improved watch list matching.
By collecting additional passenger data, the programme will improve the travel experience for all airline passengers, including those who have been misidentified in the past. Airlines transmit this information to Secure Flight, who use it to perform watch list matching. This serves to prevent individuals on the “No Fly List” from boarding an aircraft and to identify individuals on the “Selectee List” for enhanced screening. After matching passenger information against government watch lists, Secure Flight transmits the matching results back to airlines.
Secure Flight conduct passenger watch list matching for all domestic and international passengers travelling on covered flights into, out of, within, or over the United States. Secure Flight also applies to point-to-point international flights operated by United States-based airlines.
