News, Offers and Useful Information

Subscribers to our news sections will receive news and information from us at regular intervals. This news will include updates from all our operators and suppliers including catches, conditions, upgrades etc. We will also be including any further information that we beleive our clients will find useful or of interest.

From time to time our news will include special offers, deals and promotions which our suppliers have asked us to promote and pass on to Frontiers clients. These are often the result of cancellation, new developments and sometimes off-peak season offers. Please remember that such offers are due to less optimal times of year due to weather, movements of fish or birds or other seasonal influences and therefore are often not, by definition 'prime time'. if you are raising a party to join you, we believe that it is very important that the nature or reason for the speial offer is passed on to other potential guests so that they understand that the season may not be optimal.

The Travel Links section gives links to many useful sites from the BAA to British Airways baggage handling to Foreign and Commonwealth Travel Advice, Visa Waiver for USA etc.

In the information section, we provide a broad spectrum of information that the sporting traveller may find useful as well as photo credits for our photographers without whom this site would not be what it is. We have also included sections on the three main fishing organisations that we believe any UK or travelling fisherman should be aware of. If we enjoy fishing in the UK, we should all be a member of the Salmon and Trout Association (now a charity) for its contribution to fishing in this country and any Atlantic salmon fisherman should make every effort to support the work of both the North Atlantic Salmon Funds and the Atlantic Salmon Trust.
