UK based Lara MacDonald has specialised in arranging tailor-made safaris throughout Africa including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Namibia and Indian Ocean islands for over a decade.

She has imagination, passion for travel, attention to detail and loves the challenge of designing unique experiences for individuals, couples, families and groups alike. She has excellent first-hand knowledge of these destinations and has developed a client-following, who trust her judgement and will travel with no-one else.

Spring boarding on the continued success of her African safaris, Lara has launched Frontiers Bespoke, specialising in elegant journeys worldwide, that is the creation of tailor-made journeys and luxury holidays to some of the more exotic areas of the world including Latin America, the Middle and Far East and the Polar Regions. Lara is also in a position to draw on the extensive knowledge of the specialist advisors in the Elegant Journeys department of Frontiers in the US.
