Oman’s diverse waters give us the unique opportunity to offer a wide variety of fishing. Inshore and offshore boat based as well as beach fishing is all available in one location. There are no long journeys each day as the drop off and inshore fishing is just a few minutes from the dock, allowing you to maximise your time on the water. In the morning you can target numerous species whilst drifting along the vast cliff faces or exploring the shallow beaches and secluded bays. Then spend the afternoon enjoying a spot of offshore for some billfish, dorado or some adrenalin filled tuna action.

Fishing

Inshore fishing for tailing permit (T.Africanus), omani bream, milkfish, queenfish, bluefish, pompano and multiple trevally species. Offshore fishing for billfish, dorado and some adrenaline filled tuna fishing.

Accommodation

Located just 20 minutes from Salalah International airport in the picturesque marina promenade of Hawana. This beautiful 4-star hotel is situated along the white sandy beaches of the Arabian sea with a stunning backdrop of the Jebel Samhan mountains.

Gear

A 9/10 weight combined with an 11/12 weight would be the ideal combination. Each rod should be setup with a large arbor reel with at least 200 yards of decent backing and a suitable tropical fly line. Flies include crab, shrimp and clouser patterns along with some GT flies.

Salalah International airport can be accessed direct from Dubai, Muscat, Qatar and Abu Dhabi. Upon arrival you will be met by a hotel representative and transferred the 25-minutes by car to the Hawana Marina where the hotel and boat are both situated. We offer inshore and offshore and well as beach fishing. Targeting everything from permit, queenfish, bluefish, bream, pompano, dorado, billfish, tuna and multiple trevally species to name just a few.
