Fishing

Copal Tree Lodge is a fly fisher’s paradise. Cast for tarpon and snook on the rivers and in the mangroves, fish the flats for permit, and when the weather allows, head to the Sapodilla Cayes for bonefish. The majority of the fishing takes place in protected marine reserves and national parks.

Trip Specifics

Belize is a 2.5 hour flight from several US gateway cities (Miami, Houston, Dallas, and Atlanta). Guests clear customs and then take a scheduled Tropic Air one-hour flight to Punta Gorda. Guests must arrive in Belize City no later than 3:30 p.m. local Belize time; on departure day guests need to book their international flights no earlier than 11 a.m. local Belize time. For U.S. citizens; a passport that is valid for six months after the last day of your trip is required. Residents of other countries should check with their consulate for entry requirements. Wi-Fi is available at the lodge.

Rates

High Season: Jan 5-May 31,2019: $4,375-$5,150 per person based on 7n/6d shared/room/boat (2 types of accommodations available).
Low Season: June 1-Dec 20,2019: $3,675-$4,350 per person based on 7n/6d shared/room/boat. Nonfishing packages and shorter stays upon request. Tropic Air not included.
