Gallatin River Lodge is celebrating its 23rd year in operation. This luxury hotel and fly fishing Lodge located on a ranch close to the famous Gallatin River provides a fresh perspective on Bozeman accommodations. The Lodge is only 20 minutes from downtown Bozeman and offers well-appointed, authentic western-themed accommodations and a superb fine dining restaurant experience.
The Lodge’s fishery line-up includes Gallatin, Madison, Jefferson, Missouri, and Yellowstone. Their veteran guides fish over 70 miles on each of these famous rivers, which are all within an hour's drive of the Lodge. In addition, they access spring creeks and many small streams and private waters.
The main Lodge offers six suites, each with Jacuzzi tub, king bed, walk-in shower, fireplace, and custom-made furnishings. The adjacent trout cabin has four spacious guest rooms with contemporary furnishings. These rooms open to patios with views of the pond, framing the Spanish Peaks Mountains.
Frontiers will provide a gear list. There are several fly shops located in Bozeman to purchase your fishing licenses and any tackle required. We like four to six weight rods (depending on the streams you’re fishing) with floating lines. Bring quality rain gear, polarized sunglasses, and a hat.
The Lodge offers three- to six-night packages. The closest commercial airport is Bozeman (BZN), which is serviced by Delta, Alaska/Horizon, and United. The airport is approximately 10 minutes from the Lodge. We can arrange airport transfers at no additional fee. If you want to stay longer, fish less and/or sightsee, go to Yellowstone National Park, horseback ride, play golf, or enjoy visiting the fine shops and art galleries in Bozeman, please let us know. We can customize a package to fit everyone’s travel interests! Non-anglers are welcome!
