Please note that it is a condition of travel with Frontiers that all travellers must have suitable travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation and repatriation. Due to Government regulations we are not able to sell travel insurance directly. For this reason, and because of the bespoke nature of a Frontiers trip in terms of remoteness, we have made an arrangement with three insurance companies to give you the best options for cover that suits your needs. Clients may contact them directly to purchase their standard insurance or receive a quote for a specific trip. Please ensure that you inform them of the full value of the holiday with all sections of the trip including all non-refundable air reservations, which may or may not be arranged through Frontiers. Our administration team will endeavour to confirm with you that you have taken out suitable insurance either through our recommendations or another source prior to departure, but cannot be held responsible if clients have insufficient cover. This is also highlighted in your Portfolio Account.

Over 70’s and Non EU Residents
 â€¨The Campbell Irvine Direct Travel Insurance Policy has an age limit of 69 years and is not available to persons who reside outside of the EU. Please note they work with a number of specialist Travel Insurance providers and are able to arrange cover for persons any age as well as individuals who reside outside of the EU. Finally, we strongly recommend that if sporting/specialist equipment (such as rods, reels, guns, cameras etc) is not already fully insured, that individuals consider insuring it through their household insurance and that they check that they have sufficient cover for its use worldwide.
