On the banks of the Chimehuín River, Northern Patagonia Lodge is located in the heart of Northern Patagonia, making it a must visit destination for anglers looking to explore the best trout rivers in the region. The fishing allows a fully customised itinerary so that new rivers and lakes can be explored daily. There is a huge variety, from float trips and fishing technical small stream offering dry fly and nymph fishing to sight-fishing for trophy browns and rainbows under the expert eyes of guide.
The lodge was built in 2008 and can accommodate ten guests in six large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The lodge also features two common living areas, a reading and internet room and a large dining area. There is also a hot tub to relax in.

Northern Patagonia Lodge is just a 35 minute drive from San Martin de los Andes (CPC) airport. There are regular flights from the domestic airport in Buenos Aires. There are also many flights from Buenos Aires to Bariloche (BRC) airport but this is a longer drive of around 2.5 hours. Transfers with a lodge representative can be arranged from either airport.
