Tres Valles is a diamond in the rough of remote Chubut Province, Patagonia. Big sky, aggressive snowcapped mountain ranges and ample eager trout draw anglers in and hold their hearts for years after. Offering the Rio Pampa, Rio Nilson, Rio Pico, nameless meandering spring creeks and abundant Patagonia lakes, TV’s fishing diversity is the quintessential spice of life. But not all is on a grand scale, accommodating just 8 guests per departure in mountain living luxury; Tres Valles is as much about the small details as the big trout.

Itinerary

Enjoy 6 days of fishing that will include the Rio Pico, Pio Pampa and the Rio Nilson. You will work the cut banks, riffles, runs and pools. Plus, opt to fish area spring creeks and float local lakes. Lunch is served streamside. Return each evening for cocktails, dinner and overnight accommodations.

Accommodation

The timber and glass 8-guest lodge features 4-bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, comfortable living rooms and a grand patio. It opens to mesmerizing views of glacier-capped mountains dwarfing the horizon. Dine on fine regional cuisine after a day of exploring this distant Patagonia frontier.

Tres Valles is approximately 3 hours from Esquel and is accessed via Buenos Aires, Argentina or by border crossing from Chile, if a combination is of interest. Flights are limited and overnight in Buenos Aires may be required. Wi-Fi is available on a limited broadband scale.
