Semi-auto and o/u rental guns from 28 ga. to 12 ga. will be available. Beretta/Benelli are the common brands carried. Shells species appropriate. Shooting clothes should be light green, green or brown; camouflage is optional. A recoil reduction device is suggested to ease impact of volume shooting.
Uruguay Lodge is located in the in the northwest region of Uruguay in the Department of Rio Negro, approximately 200 miles from Montevideo. American Airlines offers daily non-stop commercial air service from Miami to Montevideo, Uruguay. Hunters will be met at the airport, assisted with gun clearance, if necessary, issued with hunting licenses and transported to the lodge. Van transfer from Montevideo to the estancia is a 19th-century drive. Private charter options are quoted upon request.
Nightly rate is $1,450 per hunter, hunting license ($395 per stay), shells $18.50 per box, gun rental $90 per day, transfers to/from Montevideo $225 per person per direction.
